Auburn University Montgomery (AUM) invites applications for an Information Systems tenure-track faculty position at the rank of assistant or associate professor for the 1999-2000 academic year. The Department of Information Systems and Decision Sciences will consider qualified individuals in Information Systems (IS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or Computer Information Systems (CIS). Preference will be given to individuals holding an earned doctorate, and who demonstrate the ability to provide quality teaching, research, and service for the School of Business. Qualified applicants will also possess a masters degree and/or a doctorate from an AACSB accredited business program and/or possess relevent professional business experience in information systems. Compensation will be competitive based on an individual's qualifications and experiences.

Auburn University Montgomery is the metropolitan campus of the state's land-grant university. The School of Business is accredited by the AACSB at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. In addition to the undergraduate information systems program, the department offers an MBA with an Information Systems concentration.
